Matheson Ormsby Prentice expands Projects and Construction
team with new partner appointment

Prentice is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicola Dunleavy
as a partner in the firm's Projects and Construction Group.
Nicola specialises in construction law and
has advised on some of the largest Public Private Partnership
(PPP) and infrastructure projects and claims in Ireland in recent
years. Nicola's expertise and experience will provide further
depth and breadth to Matheson Ormsby Prentice's already market-leading
Projects and Construction practice.
The firm's Projects and Construction Group
has grown in the past year to 25 members (including five partners)
and the extent of the group's expertise is unrivalled in the
Irish market. They have advised on a large number of the major
PPP projects in 2007, including the National Conference Centre;
Dublin Metro; Criminal Courts Complex; M3, M50 and M7/M8 Motorways;
the N6; and Greystones Harbour. They are also advising on ground-breaking
projects such as the Co-Location Hospitals Project; the Shannon
LNG Project; the proposed development of Bremore Port; the re-financing
of the Tynagh Power Plant and the development of the Single
Electricity Market.
