Saul Ewing Llp Partner Appointed
To The Food And Drug Law Journal's Editorial Advisory Board
(Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, January 8, 2007) Mark C. Levy,
a Partner in the Litigation Department and Chair of the Firms
Life Sciences Litigation and Risk Containment Practice Group,
has been appointed to the Editorial Advisory Board of the Food
and Drug Law Journal.
One of Mr. Levys
primary responsibilities as a Board member is to review articles
for the Food and Drug Law Journal. The Journal is published
quarterly by The Food and Drug Law Institute, and includes analytical
articles about how the courts interpret the procedures of the
Food and Drug Administration, the Federal Trade Commission and
the United States Department of Agriculture.
Mr. Levy received
his B.A. from Wesleyan University in 1978 and earned his J.D.
from Villanova University School of Law in 1984.
