Matheson Ormsby Prentice opened its first
US office ten years ago and was the first European law firm
to establish an office in Silicon Valley. It is the only Irish
law firm to have offices on both the east and west coasts of
the United States.
Managing Partner Liam Quirke commented, "There
are more than 500 US companies employing over 100,000 people
in Ireland and we are confident that Ireland will continue to
be the country of choice for US companies to access the European
market. Having a presence on both the east and west coasts of
the US puts us in a pre-eminent position to advise US companies
on their Irish law requirements."
