April 14, 2008 - Our firm has been negotiating, and has now completed a merger with another Israeli law firm of good standing and reputation, focusing on Intellectual Property law, Commercial Taxation and other commercial law practices. We believe that together with our firm's focus on Securities, Corporate and other commercial law practices, the merged firm will have a strong presence in the Israeli market place, with the ability to cater to a wider array of local and non-Israeli businesses, not the least of which we include the honorable members of the Interlex Group.
