Kent Pearson Joins Winstead's Litigation Team

DALLAS, TEXAS, April 25, 2005 - Winstead Sechrest & Minick P.C. announced today that Kent B. Pearson joined the firm on March 31 as an associate in the Litigation Section. Based in Winstead's Dallas office, Pearson joins the firm's nearly 100 trial lawyers and paralegals in helping clients find the right solutions to resolve their business challenges in or out of the courtroom.

Pearson has experience in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court, as well as arbitration, and will add further depth to Winstead's growing commercial litigation practice. He will focus his practice on general litigation, including transportation and business torts, as well as intellectual property litigation. Prior to joining Winstead, Pearson worked as an associate for the law firm of Bickel & Brewer.

Pearson received his J.D. and B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and holds an M.B.A. in international trade from Texas A&M International University. He is proficient in Spanish.
